Restoration of the Foxborough Civil War Sentinel 11/5/15

The Foxborough Civil War Sentinel Statue was originally carved in 1961. There was damage found on the outside of the statue and the decision was made to take it down in June of 2014 for restoration. C. Pizzano and Son was chosen to restore the statue.

There were several repairs made to the cracks and hollow spots where we filled the voids, sanded, and cleaned up the statue with a quality rubberized copper coating.
